I had my everest booked in at another dealer and accidentally went here (brain lapse) The lovely gentleman and Receptionist catered and fit me in with them, absolute outstanding service by the team here. Would 100% recommend them to anyone - I will use these guys all the time for servicing now on!
Very disappointing dealership. After sales service Non existing. Had to take my car back for warranty problems and met with slow service ,forgetting let me know when parts arrived to fix then service advisor goes on holiday so no one else can book car in for repairs . They only do part fix again forget to let me know parts arrived. Take car in again met by rude reception girl , return to pick up car they damaged it, no sorry from the rude/Arrogant service manager just told ill get a call when to bring back to fix.
Best advise spend your hard earned money at a bigger ford dealership that will show some respect to there customers
I purchased a new car from this dealership, less than a year later the battery had failed and left acid damage to the car and brake lines. The dealership accepted it was a warranty repair and replaced the battery and sent the vehicle to a paint shop. I received the vehicle back, they had attempted to spray over the damage with black paint. I found the car was covered in black overspray and several chips to the paint were the vehicle had been damaged during storage at the dealership for 2 weeks, a loose front wheel with scratched rim and what was essentially an unroadworthy/unsafe car. This was just the beginning of my nightmare with this dealership, dealing with incompetence and un co operative department heads, with the dealership not wanting to take any responsibility for what had occurred, I was left with a brand new car that I was unable to drive as it was unsafe. Don't get your car serviced here! Extremely disappointed with the service of my Ford ranger. Shabby work by the service technician as they left a tool still attached to the bottom of the car. The car was kept overnight instead of returning the same day which means I was without a car for work the next morning. The low oil level light came on while I was driving the car. This happened on my drive 1,400km up north and i was anxious all the way there and back as the low oil level light came back on twice during the trip. Had to pull immeditely over to the nearest fuel station and get the engine oil topped up as when i checked it was below the line on the rod!!! How can this pass their checks? When communicated this issue, the manager Sam dismissed my concerns by saying he is "surprised that the oil light came on" and failed to respond to my emails thereafter (hence the review). Also he neither answered any of my calls nor returned them - quite cowadly for a manager! Please avoid this place for servicing your car if you care for your vehicle. Will avoid this place at any cost as it almost wrecked my 5 year old Ranger!

I have just experienced one of the best service departments, I have ever attended for a service of my vehicles. The great customer serviced started from my original booking where the lady called about my online booking, and making sure they had exactly what I needed doing and to recommending a free loan car so I would not have to wait around. The moment I got out of my car in the driveway, I was met by Josh from the service department even though they were not open yet. He went over my notes and concerns, then gave me the loan car. I was in and out super quick. The friendly lady at the desk called to say the car was ready, and went over everything that was completed and then confirmed my extra service requirement findings with Josh.
McInerney Ford your staff can hold their heads high, and you should be proud of them. The car may have been brought from another dealership, however you will be the only service centre which will be trusted with my new Ranger for every aspect of its maintenance going forward.
